One Week Until EDGAR Next Compliance Required

The SEC has announced that effective Monday, September 15, 2025, filers must be enrolled in EDGAR Next (or have obtained access on Form ID on or after March 24, 2025) to continue filing on EDGAR without interruption.
✅ Immediate Action Required
- Enroll Now: Filers that have not yet enrolled or obtained access on Form ID should complete enrollment immediately.
⚠️ Key Deadlines & Risks
- September 12, 2025 (10:00 PM EDT): Last chance to update EDGAR Point of Contact (POC) emails. After this date, filers who cannot access their POC email will be unable to reset their CCC or passphrase without filing a new Form ID.
- September 15, 2025: Filers not enrolled (and without current CCC/passphrase access) risk losing the ability to file until enrollment is completed.
- December 19, 2025: Final enrollment deadline.

Complete enrollment as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted EDGAR filing access and avoid emergency Form ID submissions.
