Biography

Jackellyn focuses on counseling clients in various business matters and working with them to find tailored solutions.  Her practice encompasses corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and real estate transactions.  Her general business expertise includes business entity formations, dissolutions, compliance matters, including drafting various operational agreements and buy-sell and other transfer restriction agreements.  She also has experience with mergers and stock and asset acquisitions, including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, confidentiality, and non-competition agreements.

Before joining Doss Law, LLP, Jackellyn was Senior Corporate Counsel to a real estate holding company focused on heavily regulated industries such as cannabis and alcohol.  She drafted, reviewed, and negotiated transactional matters relating to all business acquisitions, the purchase and lease of real property, vendor agreements, and management services agreements
