Porfírio A. Gueiros is an accomplished real estate finance attorney with experience in regulatory compliance, large-scale financial transactions, and real estate contract matters. At Doss Law, LLP, Porfírio supports the firm’s clients with a disciplined approach to mortgage law, commercial lending, and financial services compliance.
Before joining Doss Law, Porfírio served as an Attorney/Advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he provided legal counsel on multifamily housing programs and federal regulatory matters. He advised on insured loan transactions exceeding $500 million, applying a detailed understanding of risk mitigation, documentation, and federal lending procedures.
His earlier roles include Associate Counsel at Fidelity National Financial, where he handled legal issues tied to underwriting, title, and claims, and real estate transactional work with The Rocco Group.
