Biography
Stephen “Rusty” Kozak is an associate attorney at Doss Law, LLP. Prior to joining Doss Law, Mr. Kozak worked as a transactional attorney specializing in all facets of both real estate and corporate transactions. Mr. Kozak started his legal career in litigation where he focused on real estate and business civil matters. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Kozak worked as a Real Estate Specialist at a top luxury brokerage firm where he assisted in the representation of multiple types of entities and individuals in processing a broad spectrum of real estate transactions ranging from residential purchases to complex land acquisitions slated for development.
