Although the firm’s practice is divided into four departments, Corporate, Mortgage Lending, Securities and Litigation, each continually tap into the talents of the other departments on a day to day basis. For instance, since much of our litigation is mortgage related, our litigators frequently team with one or more of the mortgage or corporate attorneys for their input in the area of their specialty. Within each department are one or more dedicated teams consisting of lawyers and legal assistants and, on some teams, project coordinators to schedule, monitor and report on work flow.
